Saronic Technologies is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape strategy, development, and delivery of autonomous maritime products. You will report to a Product or Senior Product Manager and own a defined product area, supporting key products and cross-functional resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Shrewd judgment and keen differentiator of good vs bad products.
• Diplomatic disposition with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of autonomous systems and related tech.
• Mature written and verbal communication; ability to present and memo effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a comprehensive product strategy aligned to Saronic's vision and market needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and mission operations to drive product development and speed.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for initiatives within the role.
• Generate content to update and educate internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain internal tools and documentation to enable the Product function at Saronic.
