Job summary

Reliance Health, a healthcare technology company, seeks an Associate Product Manager in Lagos to turn ideas into tangible products. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to build useful features and learn by doing, from drafting requirements to observing how users interact with launches.

You will leverage user research, track product metrics with Metabase, and ensure QA readiness before releases, while staying aligned with stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience.
• A University degree.
• Comfortable looking at data to make decisions.
• Able to work with different teams and explain ideas clearly.
• Experience at a fast-growing company is a plus but not required.
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Take products from first idea to launch, creating plans and documents.
• Write clear instructions that help engineers and designers know exactly what to build.
• Use user research to find the real problem before jumping to solutions.
• Track how products perform using data dashboards like Metabase.
• Work with QA to make sure features work properly before launch.
• Talk to users to understand what confuses them and what they need.
• Run small tests to compare different ideas and see what works better.
• Keep everyone updated on progress and prepare teams for new launches.
