Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $48.00/hr

We’re seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager to champion our digital platforms and elevate the guest journey. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to build, maintain, and optimize our mobile apps, websites, and digital touchpoints, ensuring they’re innovative, reliable, and guest‑centric. Responsibilities
  • Champion the digital guest experience, advocating on the guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience.
  • Support delivery and попрос maintenance, including product build, content updates, and on‑call collaboration to ensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed.
  • Maintain the feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions and removing roadblocks.
  • Contribute to developing the go‑to‑market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience.
  • Translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements, and other product documentation, including acceptance criteria and test cases.
  • Ensure appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, partnering with design and technology teams to align visual design, content strategy, copywriting, and development with the strategic vision.
  • Assist with developing presentations to build advocacy for the digital strategy with leadership audiences and partners across the organization.
  • Support ongoing guest and experience monitoring, product performance, A/B tests, and recommend opportunities to enhance the digital platforms, including mobile apps and websites.
  • Leverage AI to drive efficiencies.
Key Success Skills & Capabilities
  • Experienced in MyJira application, incl. ticket калі writing, tracking & reporting.
  • Experienced in Agile processes, incl. scrum ceremonies (participating & leading).
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification (preferred).
  • Adept in collaborating on and driving digital product solutions from ideation through requirements & delivery.
  • Experienced in writing detailed, logical, and digestible digital product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong CMS experience (GoPub & AEM preferred), from simple content updates (copy/imagery) to advanced website page implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and meaningful relationships quickly, internally and externally.
  • Close attention to detail and passion for excellence in work product delivery.
  • Self‑starter with proactive drive and a natural sense of urgency.
  • Evidences genuine empathy toward the Guest/consumer and a commitment to thoroughly explore opportunities and drive solutions.
  • Fastidious in having a raise the bar mentality to challenge internal team & partner thinking/requests constructively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and lead in‑person and virtual meetings.
Required Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    Basic Qualifications
    • 2+ years of professional experience working in the online industry.
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and building complex websites, with daily copy and image_NEW updates, feature listings, faceted listings, feeds from other systems, building out new pages, and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to take personal initiative, follow instructions, and collaborate with others.
    • Experience resolving technical, user, and business issues in a fast‑paced online organization.
    • Experience managing requests that include integration with multiple back‑end systems.
    • Ability to work within a diverse team of resources from strategy, creative, business, and technical disciplines.
    • Demonstrable ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong, balanced relationships within all levels of the organization.
    • Outstanding verbalким and written communication.
    • Experience in estimating project costs and the level of effort required for delivery.
    • Experience working with AI tools.
    • Digital website product experience, including conducting user gap assessment, ideation, writing detailed requirements & produção acceptance criteria, and driving go‑to‑market delivery efforts.
    • Previous experience is a plus.
