Judi Health is seeking an Associate Product Manager to shape our enterprise health platform. You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics teams, and UX professionals to translate complex data capabilities into consumer-facing product experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management, Software Engineering, or related work experience.
• Experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plans, or other health care companies.
• Experience supporting data products, data platforms, or analytics initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, orchestration, and data quality.
• Ability to translate complex problems into viable solutions.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Highly analytical; proficient with SQL, Excel, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud technologies (Snowflake, AWS S3, Dagster/Airflow).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver features on time.
• Manage stakeholder priorities and act as SME through curiosity and drive to learn.
• Partner with GTM and client-facing teams to identify value-add opportunities.
• Analyze product data to inform prioritization and post-release optimization.
• Work with design to conduct UX testing and research.
• Collect feedback to ideate and anticipate new products.
• Create and maintain a 15-month rolling product roadmap.
• Develop business requirements and specification documents.
• Define requirements for data pipelines, models, and data services.
• Conduct backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events.
• Publish value-driven release notes and user guides.
• Present roadmap updates and delivery risks to senior leadership.
• Manage day-to-day project management for the products under development.
• Support general business needs and adherence to conduct policies.

Position Summary:

We'reseekinga driven and collaborative Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of JUDI,Judi Health'senterprise health platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is intellectually curious, and is passionate about delivering impactful healthcare technology solutions.The ideal candidate has experience building data products and platforms, partnering closely with data engineering and analytics engineering teams, and translating complex data capabilities intoconsumer-facingproduct experiences.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other PMs, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
• Effectively manage and meet stakeholders' priorities and expectations while assuming the role of a subject matter expert through deep intellectual curiosity and drive to learn.
• Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams toidentifykey value-add opportunities.
• Analyze product data to derive insights toassistin the prioritization and post release optimization of the products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role, Software Engineering role or related work experience
• Experience with pharmacy benefit management, healthplans,or other health care companies.
• Experience supporting data products, data platforms, or analytics focused productinitiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern data engineering and analytics engineering practices including data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, orchestration, and data quality.
• Ability to conceptualize and translate complex problems intoviablesolutions.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in adeadline-drivenenvironment.
• Highly analytical; demonstratable knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud technologies, including Snowflake, AWS S3, and orchestration tools such asDagster, Airflow, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills withthe abilityto translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Intellectual and professional curiosity.
• Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience with agile framework; certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
• Experience withGithubor similar source code repositories preferred.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred.

New York, NY Salary Range: $95,200 — $119,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range: $87,200 — $109,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range: $79,200 — $99,000 USD
