Job summary

Judi Health, a leading enterprise health platform, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to shape the Judi Health experience for members across our PBM and health platform suites.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact healthcare technology solutions. This role focuses on building a best-in-class member experience with a 15-month roadmap and data-driven prioritization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years in Product Management, Software Engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plans, or healthcare companies.
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with agile frameworks; Scrum Product Owner is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python or similar language is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, UX designers and stakeholders to ensure on-time feature delivery.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and align stakeholders through deep curiosity and drive.
  • Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify value add opportunities.
  • Analyze product data to derive insights for prioritization and post-release optimization.
  • Work with design team on user experience testing and research.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and clients to ideate new products.
  • Create and maintain 15-month rolling product roadmap.
  • Develop business requirements and specification documents.
  • Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events.
  • Conduct user testing before and after release.
  • Publish value-driven release notes and user guides.
  • Present roadmap updates and risks to senior leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day project management for the products under development.
  • Support general business needs as required.
  • Adhere to Judi Health Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.

Position Summary:

We're seeking a driven and collaborative Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of Judi, Judi Health’s enterprise health platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is intellectually curious, and is passionate about delivering impactful healthcare technology solutions. This consumer product role will focus on building a best-in-class member experience.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other PMs, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
  • Effectively manage and meet stakeholders’ priorities and expectations while assuming the role of a subject matter expert through deep intellectual curiosity and drive to learn.
  • Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify key value-add opportunities.
  • Analyze product data to derive insights to assist in the prioritization and post release optimization of the products.
  • Work with design team to conduct user experience testing and research.
  • Collect and act on feedback from internal stakeholders and external clients to ideate and anticipate new products.
  • Create and maintain team specific 15 month rolling product roadmap.
  • Develop business requirements and specification documents.
  • Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events.
  • Conduct user testing prior to and post release of functionality to the customer.
  • Publish value driven release notes and user guides.
  • Present roadmap updates and product delivery risks to senior leadership.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day project management functions with regards to the specific products under development.
  • Support general business needs, as required.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role, Software Engineering role or related work experience
  • Experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plans or other health care companies.
  • Ability to conceptualize and translate complex problems into viable solutions.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Highly analytical; demonstratable knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Intellectual and professional curiosity.
  • Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with agile framework; certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
  • Experience with Github or similar source code repositories preferred.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
  • New York, NY Salary Range $95,200 - $119,000 USD
  • Denver, CO Salary Range $87,200 - $109,000 USD
  • Charlotte, NC Salary Range $75,200 - $99,000 USD
