Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support development and sustaining activities for product lines ranging from 361 (HCT/P) allografts to PMA biomaterials
  • Create and manage project plans with the Project Engineer
  • Lead coordination and documentation of project team activities including kick-off meetings and design reviews
  • Perform and maintain market analysis by product segment to identify new product offerings and line extensions
  • Forecast inventory management for projects and products
  • Work with purchasing and operations to source products through the Globus supply chain
  • Assist the Group Manager and Project Engineer with sales, surgeon, and management presentations in PowerPoint
  • Develop technique guides, product literature, brochures, and sales support information
  • Plan, organize, and execute courses and symposia for product introductions
  • Obtain market feedback from spine surgeons and customers to determine specs for new product development
  • Provide training and technical support to sales representatives and customers
  • Maintain compliance with company codes, policies, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical and socially responsible business practices

  • • Create and manage project plans with the Project Engineer
  • • Lead coordination and documentation of project team activities, including kick-off meetings, design reviews, verification/validation activities, and cadaver labs
  • • Perform and maintain market analysis by product segment to identify new product offerings and line extensions
  • • Forecast inventory management for projects and products
