Associate Product Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring an Associate Product Manager for a high-impact role supporting digital innovation in the retail space. This Chicago-based hybrid position puts you at the forefront of eCommerce product development, where you'll own and evolve features across the Spectrum handheld shopping app and its powerful companion, the Manager Web App. You'll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to shape tools that drive fulfillment operations, optimize order management, and improve productivity-one smart release at a time.

Associate Product Manager Responsibilities:

Contribute to product strategy and vision for Spectrum and the Manager Web App

Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and SDLC execution for both applications

Drive iterative delivery cycles, working closely with IT, UX, QA, and store ops

Track product metrics and identify areas for improvement with a data-first mindset

Partner with developers to bring new features to life, from planning to UAT

Create release notes, user stories, and internal training materials

Serve as the go-to product expert and advocate for user needs

3-5 years' experience in a digital product or technical environment

1+ years in a Product Management or similar role

Strong grasp of Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence

Familiarity with technologies like JSON-based APIs, .NET, AngularJS, or mobile apps

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical thinking

Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

Bonus Points:

Experience in grocery, retail, or eCommerce

Background in mobile or web-based product lifecycles

Knowledge of UX principles and release planning
