Job summary

Edovate Learning Corp. is seeking an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about improving educational experiences through technology.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Curriculum, and other teams to define and build products for students, educators, and families. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, customer-focused, and eager to learn the fundamentals of product management while contributing to meaningful educational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, CS, education, or related field.
  • 0–2 years in Product Management or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with data and evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Gather feedback from students, parents, teachers, administrators, and support.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze customer pain points and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Other duties as assigned.

General Role Description / Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about improving educational experiences through technology. This role will work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, Curriculum, and other stakeholders to help define, build, and improve products that serve students, educators, and families.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, customer-focused, and eager to learn the fundamentals of product management while contributing to meaningful educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather feedback from students, parents, teachers, administrators, and customer support.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze customer pain points and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, education, or a related field.?
  • 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
