Product Managers are critical for driving Modine’s strategy as we continue to enter new markets and advance our current products for the HVAC market. The Heating vertical’s products are primarily focused on providing heat for residential, commercial and industrial customers in a variety of end markets. The Associate Product Manager (APM) is responsible for supporting the Product Management team in the implementation of the product strategy throughout the full product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate would have experience driving continuous improvement and sustainment activities, familiarity with the new product development processes and the ability to manage cross-functional projects to hit project deadlines.
To excel in this role, you should have the ability to influence and drive priorities across all functions of the business. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
TRAVEL: 10-25% (including some air travel). May include periods with frequent trips and multiple nights away from home
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
