Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop marketing plans and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business.
2. Create ongoing strategies to support portfolio expansion based on solid market understanding.
3. Prepare materials for product brochures, sales presentations, sales data analysis, and forecasting.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide support for better utilization of sales aids and medical publications.
5. Plan and execute the marketing plan within the approved operating budget.
6. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and patient associations, ensuring shared goals are set and achieved.
7. Manage key strategic projects, engaging cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and performance delivery.
8. Perform other projects as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skillsets

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience in both sales and marketing is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of ICU areas is preferred; a quick learner willing to go beyond current knowledge is essential.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills, creative thinking, and business acumen.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to be a strong team player.
