Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC seeks an Associate Product Line Manager for AFL Connectivity in the Dallas area. The role supports the Product Line Manager and coordinates marketing efforts with sales, applications engineering and customer service.

The position emphasizes lifecycle management, market requirements gathering, and collaboration across teams to deliver products to market and drive growth in fiber optic solutions. Extensive cross-functional interaction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in Applications/Design/R&D/Process Engineering or technical sales in fiber optics.
• 1+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development, or related field.
• Familiar with fiber optic communications technologies and products.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Understands how to profitably price products for markets.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to work extended hours to accommodate global operations may be required.

We are seeking an Associate Product Line Manager to join our AFL Connectivity team at our Dallas Business Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. The Associate Product Line Manager (APLM) assists the Product Line Manager in managing a subset of a product or group of products, including lifecycle management. The APLM also coordinates product marketing efforts through sales, application engineering and customer service.

• Knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing
• Understands how to profitably price products for markets
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
