This role involves collaborating with product and newsroom teams to drive digital storytelling innovation and improve newsroom efficiency. Responsibilities include designing and analyzing tests on emerging products, building stakeholder relationships, managing product roadmaps, developing training materials, supporting tool rollouts, partnering with analytics to enhance audience engagement, and identifying editorial operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience include at least 3 years of news experience, a college degree or equivalent, proven editorial judgment, multimedia storytelling skills, strong writing abilities, and experience with audience analytics is preferred. A passion for collaboration and innovation in a transforming organization is essential.
