Erickson Senior Living is hiring an Associate Producer, Photo & Video, to support in-house Creative Services. You will coordinate shoots, assist producers on complex projects, and help with research and reporting across campuses.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work at our Catonsville location 3–4 days per week. A compensation package includes benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience; education considered in lieu of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Plan, produce, and execute all aspects of photo/video productions for campus shoots.
• Lead and coordinate with on-site vendors, community contacts, and post-production resources to meet deadlines.
• Complete pre-production tasks: media releases, castings, resident handouts, call sheets, production books, wardrobe/props shipping.
• Coordinate post-production tasks: transcripts, upload to platforms (VAMS, AEM, Extreme Reach), retouching, thank-you notes, surveys.
• Maintain VAMS and AEM assets with proper metadata and naming conventions for quick delivery.
• Participate in production meetings, brainstorms, and kickoff sessions; provide constructive feedback.
• Identify project issues early and adapt quickly to unforeseen production challenges; travel onsite multiple times per year.
