Job summary

The Villages is seeking a full-time onsite Photo/Video Producer to create engaging, on-brand content for multiple digital channels. You will shoot, edit, and convey compelling stories with master-level skills in video and photography, collaborating with Marketing and senior leadership to deliver high-quality assets.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and proficiency in Final Cut Pro X, Premiere, After Effects, and Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or four years of related experience and/or training.
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, After Effects and other Creative Cloud apps.
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities for coaching teammates.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers, guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to set the look and feel for video content.
Record and edit video projects; shoot photography and manage assets.
Coordinate logistics for shoots, locations, travel and talent.
Edit and enhance video and audio; insert graphics and effects.
Ensure final videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Assist with voice-overs and cataloging media; manage editing tools.
