Job summary

Omnicom Production LLC is seeking an Associate Producer to join OCX's production management team to support the development and delivery of high-quality creative work. You will work with Senior and Executive Producers, coordinate schedules, budgets, vendors, and logistics across TVC, online video, social, and concept video projects.

You’ll grow under senior leadership, take on defined aspects of production, and help ensure projects stay on track in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in advertising, production, post-production, content, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in advertising and content production with a desire to build a career as a producer.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, schedules, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving; escalate issues to senior producers when needed.
• Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to stay composed as timelines and priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior and Executive Producers from creative development through final delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflows using OCX tools and systems.
• Assist with project organization, asset management, and archiving finished projects.
• Support quality control of final content, checking specs and alignment with approved creative.
• Maintain and update production resources and vendor/talent information.
• Assist with production logistics, meetings, schedules, estimates, and approvals.
