We're a collaborative, fast-moving team that values creativity, ownership, and people who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Associate Producer who's excited to build their career in live event production and take on meaningful responsibilities along the way.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who's organized, resourceful, great with people, and genuinely enjoys bringing events to life.

As an Associate Producer, you'll have the opportunity to lead smaller-scale events while supporting experienced Producers on larger, more complex productions. You'll be involved in everything from client communication and pre-production planning to content management, stage management, and on-site execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing different hats, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is ready to take the next step in their production career.

What You'll Do
Event Production & Ownership
  • Take the lead on smaller-scale events, managing production timelines, client communication, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Lead production calls, track deliverables, and keep clients and internal teams aligned throughout the production process.
  • Support Producers, Senior Producers, and Executive Producers on larger live, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, technical teams, and other production partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Build and maintain production schedules, run-of-show documents, content trackers, and rehearsal timelines.
  • Coordinate speaker presentations, event agendas, and other production content.
  • Support content management platforms and event technology used to collect, organize, and distribute presentation materials.
  • Assist with event applications, agenda websites, and virtual event platforms.
On-Site Production
  • Support live event execution, including stage management, speaker-ready room operations, and content coordination.
  • Work closely with presenters, technical crews, and production teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Troubleshoot unexpected challenges and adapt quickly when plans change.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in live events, event production, audiovisual production, experiential marketing, theater, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating events or productions, with exposure to managing clients, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, learns quickly, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn new production tools and systems.
  • Availability to travel for on-site events as production schedules require.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience independently managing smaller events from planning through execution.
  • Familiarity with content management or event platforms such as Preseria, Cvent, or Hubilo / Virtual Pro.
  • Experience in stage management, show calling, or speaker-ready room operations.
  • Additional skills in video production, editing, graphics, photography, or camera operation.

You don't need to check every box. We're interested in people who bring the right experience, attitude, and potential to grow.
