Temasek’s PECS team in New York seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to join the investment team. You will participate in all steps from identification and initial screening through to investment committee approval, closing and post‑investment monitoring.

You will identify opportunities in private equity funds, secondaries and co‑investments; perform due diligence, financial modeling and valuation; draft investment papers and present recommendations; monitor portfolio assets and contribute to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in PE fund of funds, secondaries or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Proven ability in financial modelling and deal evaluation.
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones.
• Interest in private equity and sourcing investment opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Identifying and assessing investment opportunities in private equity funds and companies.
• Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry / company analysis and financial modeling.
• Participating in due diligence of investment opportunities and drafting investment papers.
• Monitoring and performance tracking of investee funds and co-investments; internal reporting.
• Tracking market trends and portfolio performance to support decisions.
