Are you a skilled software engineering professional looking to make your mark at a dynamic company? Look no further!

We are seeking an Associate Principal, Software Engineering, well-versed in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to become a vital part of our innovative team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM, with a focus on Recruiting, Performance Management, Security, Reporting, and Business Process configurations.
• Enable complex configurations and approval workflows, support technical tools, and provide user support.
• Define business requirements, implement configuration changes, and lead cross-functional technical solution efforts.
• Contribute to the development of scalable and resilient hybrid/Cloud-based data solutions in collaboration with developers, architects, and product owners.
• Act as a self-starter, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support stakeholders with continuous improvement efforts, business as usual initiatives, and proactively identify potential issues.
• Display detailed knowledge of Workday HCM, including Recruiting, Security, and Reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues by performing research, managing service requests, conducting system testing, and making configuration changes.
• Identify solutions that align with the company's architectural and technological strategy.
• Oversee documentation, configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements and upgrades.
• Review Workday releases to stay informed on automation opportunities, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Maintain user stories in JIRA and ensure proper formal sign-off on requirements and user acceptance activities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience with Workday HCM, Business Process Administration, Recruiting, Security, and Reporting.
• Ability to lead business users and develop positive working relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a Workday post-implementation support role (Preferred).
• Experience within an Agile framework (Preferred).
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of production support workflow tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile development lifecycle (JIRA preferred).
• General understanding of Workday integration capabilities is a plus.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning tools is advantageous.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Workday Pro Certifications (Recruiting, HCM, Reporting, Calculated fields) are beneficial.
