Responsibilities

• Lead projects from framing through launch by proposing technical innovations and defining success criteria.
• Guide formulation strategy and product development across projects.
• Ensure stability and delivery of high-potency actives with optimized skin delivery.
• Design and guide experimental plans in line with professional skin management needs.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to support technology transfer and alignment.
