Job Description
Role: Salesforce Enterprise Architect (Public Sector Experience)
Location: USA (100% remote)
Duration: 6 Months C2H
Experience Required: 10-15 Years

Role Overview:

• Seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead architecture, integration, and governance for public sector clients.
• Focus on enabling government transformation, citizen services, and legacy system modernization via Salesforce’s Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Must possess technical expertise and understanding of government operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Define Salesforce architecture roadmap aligned with public sector goals, drive multi-cloud strategy using Salesforce products, and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
• Solution Design: Design and implement solutions with Salesforce PSS for various domains, ensuring compliance with frameworks like FedRAMP.
• Integration and Data Strategy: Develop integration architecture across legacy systems, manage data models, migration, and governance, especially involving sensitive data.
• Security and Access Management: Architect secure solutions using Salesforce Shield, SSO, MFA, and collaborate on risk assessments.
• Development Lifecycle and Governance: Establish standards for CI/CD, code reviews, sandbox management, and governance across architecture and data.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate requirement gathering, present blueprints, and liaise with federal/state/local IT leadership and Salesforce teams.
• Team Guidance: Provide guidance to developers and analysts within Agile teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture leadership.
• 2-3 years in Public Sector Solutions or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing solutions within government environments (federal, state, local).
• Expertise in Salesforce Platform and PSS, certifications preferred.
