What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define, govern, and advance the Salesforce architecture strategy across the organization
- Lead the creation and maintenance of enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies and roadmaps
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Oversee Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise systems and ensure data governance
- Mentor and lead teams of Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation
- Proven expertise in multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.)
- Strong understanding of integration patterns with ERP systems and data management
- Experience with security, risk, and compliance frameworks in Salesforce
- Ability to lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CPQ, Field Service Lightning, and Consumer Goods Cloud
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, and Jenkins
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a technical team
- Knowledge of API design and middleware technologies like MuleSoft
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes
