Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Associate Principal to lead the Cybersecurity Policy and Regulatory Compliance function. You will own the lifecycle of global policies and standards, assess regulatory changes, and partner with legal and IT controls to ensure alignment and timely updates.

The role emphasizes governance, risk, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. You will lead regulatory engagements, develop metrics, and drive continuous improvement in policy enforcement within ServiceNow,

Qualifications

• Technical and business expertise to drive Cybersecurity requirement
• In-depth technical experience across infrastructure technologies, network, cloud services and information security
• Strong understanding of business needs and delivering high-quality service
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry practices
• Proficient in ServiceNow IRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting
• Knowledgeable of security controls for broad IT systems (Cloud, Database, Network)
• Independent thinker, able to collaborate with virtual teams and influence decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PepsiCo Cybersecurity Policies and Standards lifecycle
• Maintain knowledge of industry cybersecurity trends, policy frameworks and regulations
• Monitor external regulatory landscape for new or changing regulations
• Evaluate regulations against PepsiCo policies and controls
• Lead periodic regulatory assessments and engagements
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and IT Controls to update standards
• Coordinate with teams to establish operating model for regulatory changes
• Develop/maintain metrics on standards to identify risks
• Provide SME on policy application with IT processes
