Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Associate Principal for Cybersecurity Policy and Regulatory Compliance to own the global cybersecurity policy lifecycle, including planning, change management, and publishing in ServiceNow. You will drive alignment with legal and stakeholders while evaluating regulatory requirements and performing gap analysis against the standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PepsiCo Cybersecurity Policies and Standards lifecycle.
• Maintain knowledge of industry frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Monitor regulatory landscape for cybersecurity regulations impacting PepsiCo.
• Lead periodic regulatory assessments to determine compliance.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and IT Controls teams to reflect updates in controls.
