Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, gap analysis, customization, configuration, and testing, with strong understanding of application configuration setups, functionality, and integration of various modules. Work extensively on the functional side of the Interfaces, Conversions and Customizations of reports. Troubleshoot user problems using CRM and OM application setups, system administrator tasks, application functionality and back-end tables.
