Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new systems.
• Able to conduct audits and communicate results effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities in an accredited outpatient surgical facility and ensure Sono Bello patient experience is delivered.
• Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and AAAHC guidelines.
• Engage patients to ensure quality interaction throughout their journey and resolve issues with escalation when needed.
• Lead initiatives and changes launched through the National Support Center.
• Maintain staffing levels and scheduling accuracy to meet care standards.
• Ensure confidential handling of patient records and HIPAA compliance.
