The practice operates four days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with real estate owned by the owner. A range of complex procedures is referred out (implants, ortho, perio, and third molars endo).

• Associate will eventually partner with the owner after 5 years of working in the practice
• Open 4 days a week from 8:00 to 16:00
• Procedures referred out include implants, ortho, perio, and third molars endo

Owner is looking for an associate to eventually parnter with. Associate will be get part ownership after 5 years of working in the practice.

• Real Estate is owned.
• 5 ops but can be expanded out to 6 ops
• 2022 Collections: $550,000
• 2023 collections: $548,000
• 2024 Collections: $623,000
• Procedures referred out: Implants, ortho, perio, 3rd molars endo
• Open 4 days a week from 8-4pm
