Gilder Search Group is seeking an Associate General Dentist in Phoenix, AZ to join a fully digital general dentistry practice in Laveen with a full schedule from day one. The practice features 7 operatories, in-house CBCT, and same-day zirconia crowns to focus on clinical dentistry rather than lab logistics.

The role offers a backlog-driven schedule, experienced support staff, PPO/Fee-for-Service model, and a tiered pay structure with an $850 daily guarantee for two months.

Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist with DDS/DMD and AZ license.
• 2+ years general practice experience.
• Proficient in restorative dentistry and comfortable with high patient volume.
• Experienced with same-day CAD/CAM crowns and CBCT.

Responsibilities

• Perform exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide restorative care, including same-day CAD/CAM zirconia crowns.
• Complete extractions, implant restorations, and bridges.
• Partner with hygiene team to case-present and deliver treatment.
• Document thoroughly in Open Dental and use CBCT/digital imaging.
• Deliver a patient experience worthy of a five-star reputation.

Associate General Dentist - Phoenix, AZ Join a thriving, fully digital general dentistry practice in Laveen, Arizona, and step into a full schedule from day one. Our client is an established private practice with 6,000+ active patients, seven operatories, in-house CBCT, and same-day zirconia crown milling - all designed to let you focus on clinical dentistry, not lab logistics.

The Job Description

• Perform exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Provide restorative care, including same-day CAD/CAM zirconia crowns
• Complete extractions, implant restorations, and bridges
• Partner with an experienced hygiene team to case-present and deliver recommended treatment
• Document thoroughly in Open Dental, and utilize CBCT and digital imaging
• Deliver a patient experience worthy of our five-star reputation

The Schedule

Rotating 2 and 3 days per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (no weekends)

The Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist (DDS/DMD) with an active AZ dental license, DEA registration, and current CPR/BLS
• 2+ years of general practice experience
• Confident in restorative dentistry and comfortable with patient volume
• Proficient in or eager to train on same-day CAD/CAM crowns and CBCT
• Strong at case presentation, team-oriented, and patient-experience focused
• Must carry your own malpractice policy naming the practice as additional insured
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Compensation

Estimated $180K-$250K+ annually based on collections
