Job summary

US Foot and Ankle Specialists seeks an Associate Podiatrist for the St. Louis metro area (Edwardsville, IL/ Highland, IL).

Join the nation’s leading podiatric group and work with experienced physicians in a collaborative setting focused on high-quality foot and ankle care. The role includes exams of feet, ankles, lower extremities, diagnosis and treatment planning, orthotics, PT oversight, surgical interventions, and patient education for prevention and healthy living.

Qualifications

• DPM degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
• Completion of a 3-year podiatric residency program (or in final year)
• Board-eligible or board-certified in ABPM or ABFAS, or actively pursuing
• Missouri and/or Illinois podiatry license (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of feet, ankles and lower extremities.
• Diagnose foot and ankle conditions and injuries; develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer orthotic devices and oversee physical therapy.
• Perform surgical interventions as appropriate.
• Educate patients on proper foot care, injury prevention, and lifestyle changes.
