Foot & Ankle Specialists of Illinois is seeking an Associate Podiatrist / Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our private practice in Algonquin, IL.

Ideal candidates have two or more years of post-residency clinical experience, surgical training, and a desire for a long-term opportunity with autonomy, mentorship, and ownership potential.

You will handle full-scope podiatry including surgery, wound care, diabetic foot care, and comprehensive foot/ankle treatment in a modern, physician-led setting.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine from an accredited school.
• Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program.
• Current active license as a Podiatrist in Illinois or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
• Two or more years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
• Strong maturity, confidence, coachability, and alignment with private practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope podiatry including surgery and wound care.
• Develop subspecialty interests over time and grow surgical volume.
• Provide patient-centered care with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with a private practice leadership and clinical team.
