Qualifications

  • DPM degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program.
  • Current or eligible Illinois podiatric medical license.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Surgical training and experience appropriate to the scope of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a patient practice.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of foot and ankle conditions.
  • Provide comprehensive podiatric care, including preventive, conservative, and surgical treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Perform in-office procedures and podiatric surgical interventions within the physician’s scope of practice.
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and overall foot and ankle health.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with patients and referring providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Collaborate with other physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Participate in practice growth and community outreach initiatives as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain a growing patient panel through exceptional clinical care and patient experience.

A well-established, multi-center foot and ankle practice serving the Chicagoland community for more than 50 years is seeking a highly motivated Podiatric Physician & Surgeon to join its growing team in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
