Job summary

Veeva is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Vault CRM to shape our world-class enterprise SaaS CRM. You will collaborate with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to build roadmaps and write detailed specifications for core Vault CRM features such as AI Agents and engagement channels.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, clear communication, and cross-functional delivery, with opportunities to influence product direction and work across UX, QA, and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in fast-paced tech/consulting/finance/analytics environments.
• Detail-oriented and well organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with conversational AI or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in Agile settings.
• Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform.

Responsibilities

• Define product priorities and roadmaps from input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineering.
• Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with product teams to design capabilities meeting requirements.
• Author high-quality design specifications within an Agile methodology.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, operations to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.
• Deliver features built with quality that delight customers.
