Job summary

CrackaJack Digital Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of client digital transformation and security engagements, spanning cloud infrastructure, application development, and GRC/IAM/cybersecurity workstreams.

Responsibilities include translating client requirements into user stories, maintaining roadmaps and sprints, and coordinating across distributed teams to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in product management, project coordination, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum).
• Strong organizational and multi‑workstream management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct light market/competitive research and extract insights.
• Willingness to work across time zones with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support senior PMs in planning and execution of client projects.
• Translate client requirements into user stories and tasks for engineering.
• Maintain roadmaps, backlogs, sprints, and timelines across teams.
• Facilitate stand-ups, planning, and status updates.
• Capture risks and blockers early and communicate them.
