Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, public administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in development services, planning, or a related area preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review residential site plans, accessory uses, and signage to ensure compliance with local codes.
• Respond to citizen inquiries and prepare correspondence for zoning or planning requests.
• Assist with planning application submittals to ensure completeness and compliance with codes.
