Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH is seeking an Associate Planner to analyze, track, and report on data to help shape total shop assortment within Merchandise Planning & Allocation. You will report to a Senior Planner of Central Planning and collaborate across merchant teams.

Key responsibilities include setting performance standards, presenting assortment plans in Monthly Plan Reviews, reviewing trends, and modeling pre- and in-season assortment architecture to guide decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance/operations/economics/business/stats or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail planning, demand planning, inventory management, allocation or replenishment, financial planning or financial analysis experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access; experience with planning systems.

The Associate Planner analyzes, tracks, and reports on data to assist in the identification and execution of total shop assortment architecture within Merchandise Planning & Allocation. Reports to a Senior Planner of Central Planning.

Responsibilities

• Aid in modeling pre-season assortment architecture based on merchant briefed assortment to support key company initiatives.
• Present in-season and post-season assortment architecture to leadership to guide future assortment decisions.
• Review and provide forecast hind sighting for each season to cross-functional teams.
• Actively pursue growth and development opportunities, continually finding ways to improve.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in: retail merchandise planning, demand planning, inventory management, allocation or replenishment, financial planning or financial analysis experience.
• Excellent understanding of merchandise as it relates to company strategy.
• Excellent communication, prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
• Keen ability to interact with peers and merchants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• System skills capabilities and proficiency in Manugistics, Data Warehouse and Arthur Planning preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, economics, business, statistics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
