Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite and Netstock a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of seasonal financial plans, sales forecasts, and inventory strategies across e-commerce and wholesale channels.
• Manage replenishment of core/evergreen/forever styles to maintain in-stock levels for .com, wholesale and Amazon.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align assortment strategy and inventory flow.
• Build and maintain detailed reports, trackers, and forecasts using Excel.
• Monitor sell-through and provide recommendations for reorders, markdowns, and inventory reallocation.
• Assist with pre-season and in-season planning, including size curve analysis and store/channel-level allocation.
• Identify merchandising opportunities based on product performance, style attributes, and market trends.
• Support month-end and season-end recaps, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support purchase order writing, markdowns and other data entry ad hoc tasks.
• Maintain a positive work climate and an environment based on trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
• Foster and communicate the values that support the mission and objectives of JOLYN.
• Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

This role supports the planning and allocation of our swimwear assortment across both e-commerce and wholesale channels, with a particular focus on our core/replenishment business. Job Details

This is a hybrid role. Must be available to work in our Huntington Beach, CA office at least 2 days per week.

Roles and Responsibilities

Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000. Actual compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.
