Joseph’s Classic Market in West Palm Beach is seeking a Pizza Maker to handcraft NY-style pizzas, calzones, garlic knots, and other items with a focus on quality and service. You’ll interact with customers, prepare pizzas to recipe standards, and help maintain freshness in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions.
• Prepare pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and other pizza items according to Joseph’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks.
• Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness.
• Answer phone calls and accurately take and prepare customer orders.
• Plate, package, and present items to meet Joseph’s quality and appearance standards.
• Accurately package, label, and price self-service items.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Operate pizza ovens, meat and cheese slicers, knives, scales, and other Pizza equipment safely.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Physical & Work Environment

A Pizza Maker performs tasks primarily within the Pizza department. This role involves walking and standing for prolonged periods and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds. The position requires frequent interaction with customers and fellow team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
