Joseph’s Classic Market in Florida is seeking a Pizza Maker to handcraft authentic New York–style pizzas and calzones while delivering high-quality customer service. The role emphasizes quick, efficient service in a high-volume environment and opportunities for growth within the company.

You will maintain product freshness, assist customers, handle orders, and operate standard pizza equipment safely. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a full-time role within our Palm Beach Gardens store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions.
• Prepare pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and other pizza items according to Joseph’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks.
• Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness.
• Answer phone calls and accurately take and prepare customer orders.
• Plate, package, and present items to meet Joseph’s quality and appearance standards.
• Accurately package, label, and price self-service items.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Operate pizza ovens, meat and cheese slicers, knives, scales, and other Pizza equipment safely.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Physical & Work Environment

A Pizza Maker performs tasks primarily within the Pizza department. This role involves walking and standing for prolonged periods and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds.
