Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clients' medical treatment and case progress.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and medical providers.

• Manage case details and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with support staff to maximize case outcomes.
• Maintain a positive client experience throughout the process.

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina State Bar license.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience.
• Personal injury law experience.
• Experience with litigation, negotiations, insurance claims, or client management.

Personal Injury Experience Is Required.

Compensation and Benefits

• First-year base salary: depending on experience.
• Commission opportunities during the first year.
• 100% commission-based compensation beginning on the second anniversary.
• Reported average earnings: $150,000 in year two and $200,000-$250,000 in year three.
