Purpose of Role
As a member of the People team, the People Operations Associate will provide administrative assistance on traditional human resource functions that foster a healthy and positive environment in areas of engagement, compliance, retention and an overall culture of growth and excellence. This includes but is not limited to benefits, payroll, staff training and retreats, data and reporting. Additionally, this person will also provide operational support on some staff engagement strategies.
As the Associate, People Operations, you’ll be reporting directly to the Generalist/HRIS Manager.
