Harper Church in the Pacific Northwest seeks a relational, collaborative ministry leader to oversee events and administrative tasks and partner with the senior pastor. The role emphasizes pastoral care, leadership development, and enlivening church life within a gospel-centered community.

The position includes coordinating Sunday services, leading various ministries, and assisting in preaching 6–12 times per year, with formal theological education preferred and potential ordination within EFCA.

Qualifications

• Relational and collaborative approach to ministry.
• Willingness to pursue EFCA ordination.
• Experience in church events and administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and collaborate on day-to-day ministry needs.
• Oversee and empower ministries and teams (e.g. Small Groups, Men’s Ministry).
• Lead Deacon meetings and assist staff with ministry and operations.
• Assist in preaching on Sundays 6–12 times per year.
• Coordinate events and church-wide functions.
• Oversee membership processes and church records.
• Assist with budgeting and facilities projects.
