Associate Pastor for Congregational Care – Stated Supply

Vienna Presbyterian Church is looking for a faithful and compassionate leader to join our pastoral staff that includes 3 other full-time pastors and 2 affiliated volunteer pastors.

This contract position (with the potential to develop into a called and installed position) is a full-time position dedicated to congregational care which includes: Deacons, Stephen Ministry, Dementia Care, GriefShare, Mental Health, DivorceCare, etc.. Each of these ministries is led by strong and capable lay leaders, overseen and equipped by this position. The Associate Pastor for Congregational Care is the primary care pastor among the pastoral team.
