The position is full-time, exempt, contract, with the potential to develop into a called and installed role, and offers a $115,000 annual salary with benefits. Hours include evenings and weekends to support pastoral care.

Vienna Presbyterian Church is looking for a faithful and compassionate leader to join our pastoral staff as an Associate Pastor for Congregational Care – Stated Supply.

This contract position (with the potential to develop into a called and installed position) is a full-time position dedicated to overseeing our many congregational care ministries, including Deacons, Stephen Ministry, Dementia Care, Grief Share, Mental Health, Divorce Care, among others. Each of these ministries is led by strong and capable lay leaders, overseen and equipped by this position. The Associate Pastor for Congregational Care is the primary care pastor among the pastoral team.

With an average weekly attendance nearing 900, we are looking for a seasoned and experienced leader in the area of pastoral/congregational care.
