FBC of Laurel, Maryland (between DC & Baltimore) is looking for a full‑time Associate Pastor to serve our 365 members. This position will focus on pastoral/shepherding care for the congregation in concert with the Elders. This ministry will focus on proactive member care, developing corporate discipleship structures, providing 1‑1 discipleship, and building out a biblical counseling culture. The ideal candidate will also be a part of the regular preaching rotation and become an elder within 6‑12 months.
