Job summary

Learfield is actively seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to work on Weber State on campus in Ogden, UT. The role supports game day and event operations, assists with signage, hospitality, and in-venue displays, and handles promotions for corporate sponsors.

You will prepare proposals in PowerPoint, create reports with our internal systems, and coordinate with Athletics and promotions staff as well as clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and proactive.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; able to coordinate flexible hours.

Our highly valued Coordinators are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team!**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*** Assist with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displays* Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)* Preparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPoint* Use of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, Filing and data entry* Communication with various departments of Athletics and promotions personnel as well as Sports Properties sales staff.
