Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Approximately 5-15 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Participation in at least three completed trials, excluding cases that settled at the courthouse.
• First-chair trial experience is preferred, otherwise strong second-chair considered.
• Strong litigation, negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage both pre-litigation and litigated matters.
• Excellent client-service and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work from the Palm Beach Gardens office four days per week.

Responsibilities
