Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. in McKinney, TX is hiring an Associate Painter to support the powder coat operation on the 2nd shift. You will load and unload paint line products, inspect coatings, and ensure quality while following safety and procedures.
The role requires staying aware of wash titration levels, performing material checks, and assisting with other production tasks as needed. A high school diploma and basic math skills are preferred.

The Associate Painter is responsible for the loading and unloading of paint line products and materials and supporting the powder coat operators. This position is also responsible for quality inspections of products, checking millage thickness on product and titrations of chemicals. 2nd Shift Hours are Mon - Thu 4:25PM – 2:55AM. You will receive a $2.50 shift differential for every hour worked.

Work status & Location: This full-time, non-exempt position is located in McKinney, TX.

Pay: $19.00 / hour

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.
