Naughty Dog in Santa Monica is seeking a talented 3D asset artist for a temporary engagement via Yoh Enterprise Solutions. The role blends on-site collaboration with hybrid work, focusing on asset briefs, integration, and feedback workflows across departments.

You will model with Maya, texture with Photoshop and ZBrush, and help ensure art assets meet studio standards. A strong portfolio and clear communication are essential for success in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Maya modeling, Photoshop, ZBrush and Substance tools.
• Strong art background enabling sound aesthetic decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse settings.

Responsabilités

• Upload and download art briefs and assets to and from server
• Create comprehensive art briefs for outsourcing
• Provide constructive feedback on asset submissions
• Integrate submitted assets into the game environment
• Competent with multiple asset creation pipelines and techniques

This position is for temporary engagement through our staffing partner, Yoh Enterprise Solutions. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position.

This is a hybrid / onsite position.

For nearly 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5. As part of the Naughty Dog application process, candidates will be expected to provide a portfolio or demo reel of their work and may be asked to complete an art test.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.

$36.68 - $45.87 USD
