Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and deliver the brand promise through collaboration with the MOD, SMM and store team. You will ensure patients receive high-quality optometric care and participate in medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-op support if applicable.

The role requires a Doctor of Optometry, commitment to quality patient care, and strong communication skills. This position offers a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required; commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability; solid organization skills.

• Maintains Doctor/Patient relationships and provides high-quality care.
• Uses technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintains licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
