Licensed in Alabama with DPA/TPA certification and commitment to teamwork, patient safety and brand standards will help drive clinical excellence and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and motivating work environment.
• Ensure office quality systems are maintained.
• Lead and train team members with company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance targets.
• Help strengthen the brand as a leading optical provider in the community.
