Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive optometric care according to protocols and standards.
• Ensures accurate diagnoses and patient-centered recommendations.
• Builds trusted doctor-patient relationships with empathy and clarity.
• Assesses visual and eyecare needs and provides eyewear recommendations.
• Uses tools and technology to explain vision and eye health.
• Educates patients on regular exams and follow-up scheduling.
• Supports access to care with tele-optometry when appropriate.
• Partners with store/eyecare teams for efficient workflows and handoffs.
• Aims to exceed KPI goals and drive practice performance.
• Act as Eyebuydirect ambassador in the local community.
